Acqua e limone un’abitudine a cui non potrei più rinunciare

acqua-e-limonePreparare acqua e limone al mattino è la prima cosa che faccio quando mi sveglio. Sono ormai anni che ho quest’abitudine che ha cambiato le mie giornate regalandomi tanti meravigliosi benefici.

All’inizio pensavo fosse una delle tante mode che si leggono, poi provandolo, mi sono resa conto che veramente l’acqua e limone fa la differenza nelle mie giornate.

In breve tempo ho visto aumentare la mia energia, la resistenza fisica, la pelle è diventata più pulita e luminosa, per non parlare di capelli e unghie più lucenti e forti. Idratato e depurato fin dal primo mattino il mio organismo ha conosciuta finalmente regolarità e benessere.

Iniziando la giornata con acqua e limone, ho perso gradatamente il desiderio di bere il caffè ed anche la mia colazione è diventata molto leggera. I dolori articolari sono migliorati così come le mie difese immunitarie, tanto che raffreddore ed influenza mi sono ormai sconosciuti.

Per preparare l’acqua e limone, l’acqua deve essere bollita ed il succo è bene sia di limoni biologici. E’ sufficiente una tazza di acqua calda con il succo di mezzo limone. Puoi berla calda o tiepida.

Secondo la tradizione ayurvedica l’acqua bollita aiuta ad eliminare l’eccesso di Ama cioè il non digerito, contribuendo così a migliorare il metabolismo. Venendo bollita l’acqua viene privata da impurità, perde l’eventuale eccesso di alcuni sali e viene diminuita la presenza di microrganismi.

Bevuta al mattino a digiuno l’acqua idrata, depura, contribuisce ai meccanismi cellulari, aiuta la circolazione sanguigna e all’eliminazione delle tossine dopo il riposo notturno.

In un bicchiere di acqua e limone hai un concentrato di salute e benefici:

  • Aumenta le difese immunitarie: Il succo di limone ricco di vitamina C aumenta le difese immunitarie, con un’azione preventiva contro infezioni ed influenze e come antinfiammatorio naturale delle vie respiratorie.

Va detto che non è per tutti, l’acqua e limone va evitata, in presenza di gastrite, reflusso e anche in gravidanza. Inoltre può dare problemi allo smalto dei denti, per questo molti consigliano di utilizzare una cannuccia.

Se vuoi provare ti consiglio di bere l’acqua e limone a digiuno appena alzato e di fare colazione almeno mezzor’ora dopo così che l’organismo possa trarne il massimo beneficio. Comincerai a sentire e vedere la differenza dopo un paio di settimane.

Per me è un’abitudine ormai consolidata, ma puoi decidere di inserirla nella tua routine anche solo nei periodi più intensi o nei cambi di stagione per avere una sferzata di energia in più.
